INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER 

• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes.
• Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.
• Competent in drafting, issuing design drawings, 3D renders and visualization.
• Proficient software skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Detail oriented, organized, highly creative, deadline driven, and fast paced team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably to have a laptop and a car. 

• Responsible for producing design and shop drawings including all details for architectural interior projects (As-built drawings, plans, elevations, sections, architectural and furniture drawings).
• Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
• Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Good knowledge in furniture design and modeling.
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
• Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, mood boards, furnishings, and fixtures.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
